The Taff Housing Association has appointed Philippa Cole to manage a Pre-Application Consultation for building 45 Residential Units on land between Radyr Court Road and De Braose Close, to be accessed by extending De Braose Close to almost join with Radyr Court Road through woodland. The Consultation website is https://pipcole.co.uk/ and should be open for a minimum of 28 days.

The Pre-Application Consultation is part of the Planning process. It is then up to the developer on when to proceed with a planning application to Cardiff Council.

Any communications to the Pre-Application Consultation may not be published, while any communications on a Planning Application will be published on the Council Planning website.

The Danescourt Community Association committee welcomes the views of Danescourt residents on this matter and invites all to their meetings which are held in St Johns Church Hall on the third Monday of every month at 8pm .

The ‘Save our Woods’ website at https://saveourwoods.org/ is opposing this development.
