Cardiff Council will be holding two "drop-in" events in March.  The events will "describe how the Council intends to set a framework which will manage the layout, quality and phasing of the new development together with the provision of necessary facilities and infrastructure".  "A large number of Officers will be in attendance to help explain how to give your views and answer any queries you may have".
